Weekly check-ins on nutrition, sleep, stress, and energy live in your private coaching app. Upload workout videos for real-time form feedback. I track your progress within a big-picture plan mapped months ahead — so we always know exactly where you are and what comes next.

Accountability isn't about pressure or perfection. It's about building consistency and results that rely on communication all along the way.

Consistency is built on the balance of pushing hard and implementing the BAM — bare ass minimum — training your brain toward consistency through flexibility, not rigidity.
