Before working with Kim, I was looking for support not only with strength training, but also with nutrition and creating a healthier mindset around food and wellness. One of the biggest things she has helped me with is changing how I view food and health overall. It has become less about restrictions and more about building sustainable habits and feeling stronger.

When I first started strength training with Kim, I had physical limitations and was nervous about pushing my body the wrong way. She didn’t just hand me a workout plan and move on — she took the time to understand my concerns, researched my specific limitations, and went above and beyond to make sure the movements I was doing would support me rather than potentially hurt my bone structure. That meant a lot to me and built trust right away.

Kim has a way of correcting and coaching that makes you feel encouraged instead of judged. If I forget an exercise or need my form adjusted, I never feel embarrassed or like I’m doing something wrong. I feel like I’m learning and improving. She’s also incredibly positive and motivating, and she has created workouts that challenge me while still making me actually look forward to doing them.

What stands out most is that her support doesn’t stop after a session. She is always available to answer questions, review videos, and give guidance when I need it. She has pushed me far outside my comfort zone in the best way possible, and I’m doing workouts today that I never would have imagined myself doing. I’m stronger physically, mentally, and more confident because of working with her.
